Why does InSource have coaching included in each package?

If you have ever hired (or attempted to hire) a Virtual Assistant or team, you know that it's not just simply hiring someone. When you do find that amazing VA, you then have to decide what is the most important thing(s) for them to do, prioritize them, and hope for the best. We still need someone to bounce ideas off of, to have an external view of the business, that can help guide the direction of the team, and help determine what is truly mission critical right now and what is part of the long-term growth in your business.

How does InSource handle project management?

Strong and open communication is key to successful project management. We use various tools (from simple checklists and Google forms to project management software) to create and maintain project schedules. Once we agree upon milestone and due dates together, all of us will have a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, deliverables and when they are needed for on-time completion of the project.

Does your agency keep up with the ever-changing digital marketing landscape?

Absolutely! We spend hours in workshops, training seminars, high level courses, and devouring content. All to ensure that we are well aware of not only the latest video, audio and written social media and marketing trends, but that we understand every algorithm update and client interaction trend as well. Not everything is going to work for every business, so we won't waste your time (and money) chasing trends that won't bring you a return on investment!
